RULES FOR THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF GOODS IN THE ONLINE STORE

1. Definitions

1.1. These rules apply when the Buyer uses the online store in any way or form, including but not limited to placing an order for the offered goods, making payments for these goods, providing personal or other data, reading information available in the online store, etc.
1.2. Seller – UAB KADEX, hereinafter referred to as KADEX, Company code: 147871933, VAT code: LT478719314, address: Šilagalio g.1, Pažagieniai, Panevėžys district, LT-36222. Tel.: +370 45 505 085, email: [email protected], registered with the State Enterprise Center of Registers in the Register of Legal Entities and operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.2.1. Users and Clients of the online store can contact the Seller on weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM by phone at +370 615 45 500 or by email at [email protected].
1.3. Buyer – a person who has purchased goods in the online store:
1.3.1. Legal entity;
1.3.2. capable natural person, i.e., a person who has reached 18 years of age and whose capacity is not restricted by court order;
1.3.3. a minor aged fourteen to eighteen who has the consent of parents or guardians;
1.4. Parties – Seller and Buyer together.
1.5. Online store - www.kadex.lt, owned by the Seller.
1.6. Purchase-sale agreement (hereinafter - Agreement) – a concluded purchase-sale agreement for goods between the Buyer and the Seller.

2. General Provisions

2.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the KADEX online store in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
2.2. By creating an account and during registration, the Buyer confirms that they have read all the Rules carefully, understood their content, and unconditionally agrees to all the provisions set forth in the Rules and undertakes to comply
